The Receiver has requested approval of fees and expenses in the amount of $9,843.82 for administering this receivership from the period of May 26, 2004 through current. The Trustee's hourly rate is $295.00 and the Paralegal rate is $95.00. Attached to this document are the detailed billing records from May 26, 2004 through April 2, 2007.
