This m inute order is issued pursuant to the express authority of the Honorable Robert E. Blackburn, United States District Judge for the District of Colorado. Counsel's im pending fam ily obligations are sufficient in and of them selves to have warranted the brief extension he seeks here. The rem ainder of his tim e would have been better spent actually working on plaintiff's proposed jury instructions, rather than in drafting a Faulknerian m using on the perceived infirm ities of m odern federal constitutional litigation and the judicial system in general. Such spleen venting is unwarranted and inappropriate.
