Cadorna `s ("Plaintiff") Motion for Extension of the deadline for filing his motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1292(b) for certification by this Court of interlocutory appeal to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals of this Court's September 27, 2007 Order Granting New Trial, and the Court being duly advised in the premises thereof, THE COURT HEREBY GRANTS a seven-day extension, from Wednesday, October 17, 2007, to, and including, Friday, October 26, 2007, of the deadline for filing Plaintiff's motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1292(b) for certification by this Court of interlocutory appeal to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals of this Court's September 27, 2007 Order Granting New Trial.
