The undersigned counsel of Hogan & Hartson LLP, Denise D. Riley, hereby moves to withdraw from this matter as attorney of record for Plaintiff Wolf Creek Ski Corporation, Inc. on the ground that she is resigning from Hogan & Hartson LLP effective September 28, 2007. Andrew R. Shoemaker, Cynthia Mitchell and Jacqueline S. Cooper of Hogan & Hartson will continue as counsel for Plaintiff Wolf Creek Ski Corporation, Inc. The undersigned has conferred with counsel for the Defendants, and is authorized to represent that this motion is unopposed. WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel respectfully requests that the Court grant this Motion to Withdraw. A proposed Order is attached for the Court's convenience.
