PAUL R. FLICK, co-counsel of record for Defendant, UNITED RENTALS, INC., pursuant to D.C.COLO.L.Civ.R. 83.3, hereby moves to withdraw as counsel for United Rentals, Inc. in this matter. AS GROUNDS THEREFOR, counsel states as follows: 1. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.L.Civ.R. 7.1, undersigned counsel certifies that he

conferred with counsel for the other parties in this case. This Motion is unopposed. 2. Mr. Flick is currently an associate with Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C. Mr. Flick

recently accepted an offer of employment with another Denver law firm and will be terminating his employment with Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C. effective July 20, 2005.
