The Rule 16 Scheduling Order on November 21, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. is VACATED and reset to December 2, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The parties shall submit their proposed Rule 16 Scheduling Order to Magistrate Judge Watanabe five (5) prior to the Rule 16 Scheduling Conference. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant shall have up to and including November 8, 2005, to file its Answer to the Complaint. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant shall use the correct case number in all future pleadings and motions that are filed with this court. The correct case number is 05-cv-01117-WDM-MJW.
