MOTION TO VACATE ORDER AND REINSTATE CASE TO COURT'S DOCKET

COMES NOW the Plaintiff, Linda Forgacs, by and through counsel, and respectfully moves this Court vacate its Order of July 17, 2007 and reinstate the above captioned case to the Court's docket. On July 17, 2007, the Court issued an Order closing the case and terminating the matter on the Court's docket. While the matter of the attorney's fees has been resolved, there are still substantive matters that remain and need to be resolved in the case. All claims against at least one of the Defendants remains. The remaining issues all relate to the defamation claims against Defendant Benedict.

Counsel for the Plaintiff has conferred with Defendant's counsel concerning the filing of this Motion. Counsel for the Defendants agrees that there are remaining issues in the case to be resolved. Plaintiff Forgacs requests that the Order of July 17, 2007 be vacated and the case be reinstated to the Court's docket.
