MINUTE ORDER SETTING PRETRIAL CONFERENCE Judge John L. Kane ORDERS The pretrial conference in this matter is set for January 27, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom A802, on the 8th Floor of the Alfred A. Arraj U.S. Courthouse, 901 19th Street. Pursuant to my standing order regarding pretrial and trial procedures, see Memorandum to Counsel from Senior Judge John L. Kane Re: Pretrial and Trial Procedures, dated March, 2001, the parties are required to prepare and submit proposed jury instructions to me in advance of this conference. An updated set of instructions on the process and format for submitting proposed jury instructions to me is attached to this minute order. It is ORDERED that the parties shall comply with the instructions set forth on the attached instruction sheet in preparing and submitting their proposed jury instructions in this matter.
