MINUTE ORDER VACATING PRETRIAL CONFERENCE DATE Judge John L. Kane ORDERS In light of the extended briefing schedule on the three recently filed and pending Motions for Summary Judgment, the January 27, 2006 Pretrial Conference is VACATED and will be reset by separate Minute Order later next week. The Court' pretrial procedures s require the parties to submit jury instructions before any pretrial conference and doing so when the merit of several claims is in dispute may result in a waste of counsel' time and the s litigants' resources. Counsel for Plaintiffs shall telephone chambers no earlier than Wednesday of next week (January 18, 2006) to obtain dates for the pretrial conference and will then confer with counsel for Defendants on the most convenient date. ________________________________________________________________________ Dated: January 9, 2006
