As required by Local Rule 54.1, counsel for T-Mobile has conferred with

counsel for the plaintiffs concerning the proposed taxation of costs. 2. The plaintiffs have agreed to stipulate to the taxation of costs for (i) costs

incident to taking of depositions ($9,453.20) and (ii) copying costs for the filing and service of T-Mobile's motion for summary judgment; supporting memorandum, reply brief and exhibits ($83.04). Simultaneously with the submission of this statement, TMobile is submitting a stipulation relating to these costs. 3. Plaintiffs have not agreed to stipulate to the taxing of costs for mileage

fees for Cassandra Shepard ($48.75) or for copying charges for trial exhibits ($163.56).
