COURTROOM MINUTES HEARING: Court in session: TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE

1:40 p.m. Court calls case. Telephonic appearance of counsel. M r. Lapham advises the Court defendant Phoenix Research, Inc. was recently served and notes concerns in regard to the existing pretrial deadlines. Upon entry of appearance of counsel for the recently served Defendant, counsel are to confer with the new party' attorney to discuss the current deadlines. s The Court directs all counsel to hold a 26(f) conference to determine if all discovery can still be completed by September 01, 2005 and if the trial should remain as set at five days.

After all counsel have had an opportunity to confer, counsel shall contact chambers to set a TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE. Deadlines and existing settings will be addressed.
