JOINT MOTION OF THE PLAINTIFFS AND FORD MOTOR COMPAN FOR DISMISSAL OF FORD MOTOR COMPAN WITH PREJUICE
Plaintiffs and Ford Motor Company ("Ford), through their attorneys , jointly move

the Cour to dismiss Ford from this action with prejudice.
Plaintiffs and Ford state as follows:

In support of

their motion

1. Plaintiffs and Ford have reached a settlement in ths matter.

On July 6 , 2005
counsel

the paries exchanged the signed settlement agreement and Ford provided Plaitiffs '

with a settlement check, the amount of which the paries have agreed to keep confdential.

2. Plaintiffs and Ford are in agreement

that Ford should be dismissed with

prejudice and that each side shall bear their own costs and attorneys ' fees.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs and Ford request the Court to enter an order dismissing
Ford with prejudice from this action.

Plaintiffs and Ford request the Cour to make the

dismissal with prejudice effective as of July 18 , 2005 , to provide a few days for the check

to clear. Plaintiffs and Ford have submitted an agreed form of order to this joint motion
as Exhibit A.
