In summary and for the reasons stated on the record: IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED, and Scott E. Korzenowski of Dady & Garner, P.A., is relieved of any further responsibility in the case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that substitute counsel shall enter its appearance, if at all, on or before January 27, 2006. In this regard, the plaintiffs are cautioned that an entity, including a corporation, must be represented by a lawyer and may not proceed pro se through an owner,

The failure to cause counsel to enter an appearance on or before January 27, 2006, may result in dismissal of the case for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with an order of the court.
