THIS MATTER has come before the Court on Plaintiff's Expedited Motion to Extend Deadline for Amending Complaint to Include Proper Defendants or Alternatively, to Shorten Defendants' Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Request for Production of Documents. IT IS ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff to amend his complaint with respect to the proper defendants is extended to January 6, 2006; or IT IS ORDERED that Defendants will produce the documents requested in Plaintiff's 30(b)(6) Notice of Deposition/Request for Production of Documents on or before December 1, 2005, the date of the deposition.
