Watanabe It is hereby ORDERED that the Plaintiff' Amended Unopposed Motion for s Magistrate Settlement Conference, filed with the Court on March 20, 2006, (DN 82), is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The motion is GRANTED IN PART and the court will set a settlement conference with the parties. However, due to the criminal duty rotation assignments made for the month of April, 2006, the motion is DENIED IN PART as to the dates requested by the parties for a settlement conference (April 24, 25, 2006) since these dates are not available on the court' calendar. Magistrate Judge Watanabe will be covering criminal duty matters for s Magistrate Judge Hegarty (who took the bench in February, 2006), from the dates April 10, 2006 through April 16, 2006. Magistrate Judge Watanabe' previously scheduled s criminal duty rotation follows this time frame from April 17, 2006 through April 30, 2006. It is FURTHER ORDERED that a Telephone Status Conference is set on March 29, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The Plaintiffs' counsel shall initiate the conference call to all parties and then contact the Court by calling (303) 844-2403. All clients (Plaintiffs and Defendants) shall be included on the conference call to ensure availability for the setting of the settlement conference. Please have your calendars available.
