Plaintiff, Verna Sue Perry, by her counsel, Kilmer, Lane & Newman, LLP, and Defendants Van De Weert and Thomas, by their counsel, Nathan, Bremer, Dumm & Myers, P.C., and Defendant Olivett, by her counsel, Senter Goldfarb & Rice, L.L.C., stipulate to the dismissal of all claims asserted by Plaintiff against Defendants Olivett, Thomas, and Van De Weert, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ. P.41. The above-referenced parties hereby stipulate and agree as follows:: 1. Plaintiff agrees to voluntarily withdraw all of her claims against Defendants

Olivett, Thomas, and Van De Weert. Accordingly, any and all claims asserted against Defendants Olivett, Thomas , and Van De Weert as set forth in Plaintiff's Complaint and all other pleadings shall be dismissed with prejudice.

The Court may enter an Order dismissing the above-captioned civil action against

Defendants Olivett, Thomas, and Van De Weert with prejudice without further action from the parties. 3. Each party will bear his or her own costs and attorneys' fees.
