Babcock, United States District Chief Judge, on December 28, 2005, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff Student Marketing Group, Inc.' motion for attorney fees s and costs is granted. Plaintiff Student Marketing Group, Inc. is awarded attorney fees and costs in the amount of $284,716.30.
