Court calls case. Appearances of counsel. The proposed Final Pretrial Order was reviewed. Discussion regarding pending motions and remaining discovery needed. Mr. Glantz orally moves to extend the discovery deadline. No objection from Defendants' counsel. ORDERED: The Court will extend the discovery deadline to March 15, 2007, in order to complete depositions. ORDERED: Counsel shall file a Joint Status Report no later than February 1, 2007, stating witnesses, dates, and locations of depositions to be taken. Discussion regarding a videotape of Plaintiff speaking about Defendant TIC, witnesses endorsed by Plaintiff, and authentication of exhibits.
