Defendants TIC ­The Industrial Company moves under Local Rule 7.2 for entry of an order permitting the filing under seal of its Reply in Support Motion to Remove Confidential Designation from Travelers and USF&G Settlement Agreements. As grounds, paragraph 10 of the Stipulated Confidentiality Protective Order, entered on April 27, 2006, [Doc. 111] provides that " Confidential Information that is filed with the Court, and any all pleadings, motions or other papers filed with the Court disclosing Confidential Information shall be filed under seal." The text of the Reply contains reference to information contained in documents that the Plaintiff has marked " Confidential Information"under the terms of the stipulated protective order.
