Support on February 5, 2008. 2. On February 5, 2008, Defendant TIC filed a motion for extension to file its

Bill of Costs to February 12, 2008. 3. At the time of the filing of GeoSyntec's Bill of Costs, it did not set a date

and time specific for appearing before the Clerk regarding its Bill of Costs because it intended to coordinate that appearance for the same date as TIC would appear regarding its Bill of Costs.

TIC filed its Bill of Costs on February 12, 2008, and set an appearance

date of February 27, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. 5. Undersigned counsel has conferred with counsel for Plaintiff, Perry Glantz,

in an effort to reasonably resolve any disputes regarding GeoSyntec's Bill of Costs. However, counsel have been unable to stipulate to the amount of costs to which GeoSyntec is entitled. 6. Since counsel for GeoSyntec will be out of the country on February 27,
