Respond to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of
Documents filed by GeoSyntec Consultants , Inc. ("GeoSyntec ), and being fully advised
in the premises

HEREBY ORDERS that GeoSyntec s Motion is GRANTED. GeoSyntec shall
serve its responses and/or objections to Plaintiff's First Set of Interrogatories and
Requests for Production of Documents on or before January 13 , 2006.
