This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiff' Unopposed Motion to Extend or s Stay the Deadline for Submitting Expert Reports Regarding Damage Issues (" Motion" and the ), Court being advised in the premises of the Motion and finding good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED as follows: If this Court denies Defendant GeoSyntec' pending Motion to Bifurcate, Plaintiff shall file any expert s reports regarding damage issues within two weeks after entry of the denial order, and if this Court grants Defendant GeoSyntec' pending Motion to Bifurcate, Plaintiff' deadline to file any s s expert reports regarding damage issues shall be stayed until an appropriate time during future proceedings on damages.
