The Court, having reviewed the Securities and Exchange Commission' Motion s to Disburse Funds to Pay Certain Tax Obligations, and the supporting Declaration of the Tax Administrator (the " Declaration" and for good cause shown, ), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: The Distribution Agent shall issue a wire transfer on Bank of the West account number 756-013215, under the case name designation " SEC v. Qwest Communications Settlement Fund,"for the amount of $1,333.94 payable to Damasco & Associates, for the payment interest, as provided in the Declaration. The funds shall be distributed from the earnings of the Distribution Fund. The wire transfer shall contain the notation " SEC v. Qwest Communications Settlement Fund,"the Federal tax identification number for the Qualified Settlement Fund 20-2883185, and payment identification " Interest for 2004."
