ORDER TO DISBURSE FUNDS TO PAY FEES OF TAX ADMINISTRATOR The Court, having reviewed the Securities and Exchange Commission's Motion to Disburse Funds to Pay Fees of Tax Administrator, and the supporting Declaration of the Tax Administrator (the "Declaration"), and for good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. The Distribution Agent shall issue a wire transfer to Union Bank of California, account number to be provided by Tax Administrator, for the amount of $11,511.48 payable to Damasco & Associates, LLP, for the payment of research and related tax compliance services for the SEC v. Qwest Communications Settlement Fund, as provided in the Declaration. The funds shall be distributed from the earnings of the Distribution Fund. The wire transfer instructions

shall contain the notations "SEC v. Qwest Communications Settlement Fund," the Federal tax identification number for the Qualified Settlement Fund 20-2883185, and payment identification "Tax Administrator fees for research and related tax compliance services." Dated: ________________
