UNOPPOSED MOTION TO RESCHEDULE STATUS CONFERENCE [DOCKET NO. 63]

Plaintiffs Caught Fish Enterprises, LLC and Metal Roof Innovations, Ltd. (collectively "Caught Fish") hereby move the Court to reschedule the Status Conference currently scheduled for August 23, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. In support of the Motion, Caught Fish states: 1. On June 18, 2007, the Court issued its Memorandum Opinion and Order [Docket

No. 62] regarding disputed claim terms in this case. 2. On July 27, 2007, the Court issued a Minute Order [Docket No. 63] setting a

Status Conference for August 23, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. and requiring a Joint Status Report regarding

the parties' position on proceeding in light of the Court's June 18, 2007 Order be submitted no later than August 20, 2007. 3. Lead counsel for Caught Fish has a previously scheduled commitment on

August 23, 2007 and will be unable to attend the currently-scheduled Status Conference, and requests that the Conference be rescheduled for a date later in August. 4. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1A, on July 30, 2007, counsel for Caught Fish

contacted counsel for Defendant Contek, Inc. ("Contek") regarding Caught Fish's requested rescheduling. Contek states it does not oppose Caught Fish's requested rescheduling of the Status Conference. WHEREFORE, Caught Fish respectfully requests the Court vacate and reschedule the Status Conference to some date after August 23, 2007. The Joint Status Report shall be submitted by August 20, 2007 as currently ordered unless the Court orders otherwise.
