Defendants Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company ("CC&V"), AngloGold Ashanti (Colorado) Corp., and AngloGold Ashanti North America Inc. (collectively, the "AngloGold Defendants") hereby move the Court for an Order enlarging the page limitation for their Motion for Attorneys' Fees. Pursuant to MSK Civ. Practice Standard V.A., motions shall not exceed 15 pages in length. The AngloGold Defendants' Motion for Attorneys' Fees is 23 pages in length due to the lengthy factual history and legal authority that is necessary to explain the basis for an award of the requested fees. Therefore, the AngloGold Defendants respectfully request that the Court enlarge its page limitation to allow the filing of that motion. Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A), the undersigned conferred with opposing counsel regarding the Motion for Attorney's Fees but neglected to inquire about this page-limitation motion until late today. Consequently, the undersigned had not received a response from Plaintiffs' counsel by the time of filing this motion.
