All of the district court's Rule 702 hearing transcripts are on file with the district court. Note: Appellants have copies of the August 24, 2005 Rule 702 hearing and order concerning the admissibility of the expert opinions of Dr. Ann Maest, and only the order on concerning those of Ken Klco (June 3, 3005). Appellants would like copies of the Klco hearing from June 3, 2005, and the hearings and legal argument concerning the expert opinions of Robert Burm (September 27, 2005; October 27, 2005; October 28, 2005). Appellants Hereby Order a complete copy of all of the district court trial proceedings (Feb. 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 2006). Therefore, it is Appellants' intent that the complete record of all the trial proceedings and all of the Rule 702 proceedings be before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
