Mark W. Fischer hereby moves the Court for entry of an Order granting this motion to withdraw as counsel for Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (" State Farm" in the above-captioned case. There is good cause for Mr. Fischer to withdraw because, ) effective April 9, 2007, Mr. Fischer is no longer associated with Faegre & Benson LLP. No prejudice will result as a result of Mr. Fischer' withdrawal; State Farm will continue to be s represented by Michael S. McCarthy and Marie E. Williams of Faegre & Benson LLP.
