Pending a decision on the defendants'motion to dismiss the Second Consolidated
and Amended Complaint: (a) Discovery shall be limited to requests for production of documents,
interrogatories, and requests for admissions related to (i) the allegations sustained in the Order dated August 24, 2004, and (ii) the proposed class under the Second Consolidated and Amended Complaint. All other discovery is stayed; (b) 2. Briefing on the issue of class certification is stayed;
Defendants shall file their response to the class certification motion within 60
days after a ruling on the defendants'motion to dismiss the Second Consolidated and Amended Complaint; and

Plaintiffs shall file a status report within 10 days after a ruling on the defendants'
