Any objections to exhibits on the grounds of authenticity shall be raised pretrial by motion.

Mr. Mitzner advises that Court that witness Sherry Richardson will be out of town the day of trial and suggests the Court accept an affidavit of her testimony or that she be deposed. Mr. Lazaroff requests that her deposition be taken. Parties instructed to confer with each other and decide accordingly. Court discloses its acquaintance with witness Alby Segall and advises it will recuse itself if the parties request. 9:15 a.m. COURT IN RECESS 15 minutes
