THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Joint Motion of Plaintiff Wyrick G. Deane and the Defendant, the United States of America, requesting that an Order issue continuing the administrative closure in this case to and including June 1, 2007, and the Court, being fully advised in the premises and finding good and sufficient grounds therefor, ORDERS that said Joint Motion is hereby granted.
