COMES NOW Roxane J. Perruso, Assistant U.S. Attorney, and moves to withdraw Michael E. Hegarty as co-counsel for Defendants in the above-captioned case. Michael E.

Hegarty is now a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Colorado and is no longer employed by the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Colorado. Assistant United States Attorney Roxane J. Perruso has entered her appearance for the Defendants in this case and will continue to represent the Defendants for all purposes.
