Perruso, Assistant U.S. Attorney, and moves to withdraw as counsel for the Federal Defendants in the above-captioned case, on the grounds that she has transferred to the Criminal Division. Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Taylor has entered his appearance for the Federal Defendants in this case and will continue to represent the Federal Defendants for all purposes.
