COMES NOW Roxane J. Perruso, Assistant U.S. Attorney, and moves to withdraw Michael E. Hegarty as co-counsel for Defendant, the United States of America, in the above-captioned case. Michael E. Hegarty is now a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Colorado and is no longer employed by the Office of the United States Attorney for the District of Colorado. Assistant United States Attorney Roxane J. Perruso has entered her appearance for Defendant, the United States of America, in this case and will continue to represent the United States of America for all purposes.
