Notice is hereby given that Amazon, Inc., plaintiff in the above named case, hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit from an order entered in this action on the 10th day of March, 2006 denying plaintiff's motion to remand, denying plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and granting defendant Cannondale's motion for summary judgment. Said order was made final by the order closing the case and dismissing counterclaims entered on the 14th day of March, 2006.
