For the reasons stated, arguments advanced, and authorities cited by defendant in its motion and reply (see [#218] filed March 23, 2007), the motion should be granted. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That Defendant's Motion for Leave To Exceed the Page Limitations of REB Civ. Practice Standard V.H.3.a. [sic] in Order To File New Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [#210] filed March 9, 2007, IS GRANTED; 2. That Defendant's Motion For Partial Summary Judgment [#211], which was presented for filing March 9, 2007, IS ACCEPTED for filing; 3. That defendant's Memorandum in Support of Defendant's Motion For Partial Summary Judgment [#212], which was presented for filing March 9, 2007, IS ACCEPTED for filing; 4. That REB Civ. Practice Standard V.H.4.a. IS WAIVED to facilitate the filing and marshaling of defendant's motion;
