Non-Stip P-08 INSTRUCTION NO. _____ A reasonable insurance company should give equal consideration to the financial interests of its insureds as it does to its own financial interests, keep an insured reasonably apprised of the status of the insured's claim for benefits, affirm or deny benefits within a reasonable amount of time, and conduct an investigation of an insured's claim for benefits based on all available information.
