MOTION TO DISMISS

The United States of America, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States Attorney, moves this Court to enter an Order dismissing the defendant, NADIA C. PASILLAS, from Counts Twenty-Four and Twenty-Five, of the Indictment in the above-captioned case. The government makes this request pursuant to a plea agreement which, if accepted by the Court, will dispose of the case against this defendant.
