Mr. Harmon states that both parties have agreed on conditions of release on bond, specifically that defendant is to reside at a halfway house or to have electronic monitoring installed in her residence. Mr. Harmon asks for an unsecured bond. Court questions both parties. Mr. Harmon states that the government is withdrawing its petition to revoke probation.

ORDERED: · Defendant shall be released on a $10,000 unsecured bond. · Defendant shall comply with all conditions set forth in the Order Setting Conditions of Release including the special condition that defendant shall reside at a halfway house or have electronic monitoring installed in her residence, whichever one becomes available first. · Bond is executed and defendant is advised of consequences of failure to comply with conditions. · Defendant is remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshal pending availability of an opening in a halfway house or installation of electronic monitoring. · Defendant shall be allowed a phone call this afternoon to her prospective employer. · Counsel sent to chambers for next hearing dates.
