The United States of America, by and through the undersigned attorney, hereby responds to the Court's prior order, directing that the "government is to respond in writing not more than 15 days from the date of this order." [Order, entered June 1, 2006, Docket # 86]. The government has conferred with the United States Probation Officer on this matter, and has reviewed the petition of the United States Probation Office, reflecting that the defendant "has complied with the rules and regulations of supervised release and is no longer in need of supervision."
