Fisch, Assistant Federal Public Defender, hereby moves to withdraw as counsel for the defendant, Faris Lee Carter. As grounds, counsel states the following: 1. The Court appointed the Office of the Federal Public Defender to

represent Mr. Carter regarding his pro se Motion to Modify Sentence Under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) and Memorandum of Law In Support. 2. Undersigned counsel has been in contact with Mr. Faris both in writing

and over the phone. Recently, Mr. Faris has contacted counsel and informed her that there is a conflict regarding representation. Mr. Faris has specifically requested that counsel and the Office of the Federal Public Defender withdraw from representing him. Counsel believes that Mr. Faris has also contacted the Court regarding this issue. 3. Counsel would note that Mr. Faris was originally represented by Lisa

Wayne and Anthony Joseph, who was appointed counsel.
