The Court finds that the defendant is guilty of the supervise release violations. ORDERED: 1. That the petition on probation and supervised release now before the court is sustained, and the relief requested, granted. The Defendant is sentence to time served, to be followed by supervision for thirty (30) months with a condition of supervision that he live in a halfway house for six (6) months. The standard conditions of supervise release continues to be in effect, including that the defendant shall not unlawfully possess a controlled substance and shall submit to one drug test within 15 days of release on supervised release and to two periodic tests thereafter. The defendant shall participate in a program of testing and treatment for drug abuse as directed by the probation officer, until such time as he is released by the probation officer. The defendant shall abstain from the use of alcohol and other intoxicants during the course of treatment and may be required to pay the cost of treatment. That the Probation Department shall proceed with essential documentation required by 18 U.S.C. 3583(f). That the extant orders, including but not limited to judgment of conviction and sentence of this court are amended and supplemented to the extent necessary to facilitate and implement these orders. Defendant is advised of his right to appeal the conviction and sentence of this court. Defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
