As grounds defendant states: 1. The defendant has been arrested for a violation of supervised release in

the instant case. At the same time, the defendant has been arrested for two new substantive law violations involving bank robbery. 2. The defendant did not contest detention and was ordered detained on

April 16, 2007. 3. The defendant would request a status conference in approximately three

months on the instant case in order that the new case filed against him can be resolved. 4. Undersigned counsel contacted Assistant U.S. Attorney Judith Smith who

joins in the request for a status conference setting.
