Adam M. Tucker, currently with the law firm of Springer and Steinberg, P.C., respectfully requests to withdraw from representation of Defendant, Braulio Medina Garcia, in the above-captioned case. As grounds in support of this Motion, undersigned counsel states as follows: 1. The assertions made in the current Pro Se Motions filed by the Defendant, Braulio MedinaGarcia, have created a conflict in undersigned counsel's continued representation of him. 2. The Defendant has not consulted undersigned counsel as to the merits or the validity of the pro se motions. 3. Neither undersigned counsel or any member of the Law Firm of Springer and Steinberg are prepared to file such motions on behalf of the Defendant. 4. As a result, undersigned counsel, Adam M. Tucker, is respectfully requesting to Withdraw as Counsel of Record for this matter. WHEREFORE, Mr. Tucker, respectfully requests this Court to enter an order Granting
