JAMES FLOYD CLEAVER, Defendant / Movant. __________________________________________________________________ ORDER DENYING PETITIONER' MOTIONS S __________________________________________________________________ On July 25, 2006, this Court entered an order denying the motion of James Floyd Cleaver under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. On August 1, 2006, Mr. Cleaver filed a Motion to Amend Petitioner' 2255 Pursuant to F.R.C.P. 15(A) and on August 7, 2006, filed a s motion to alter or amend judgment pursuant to Rule 59(e). Upon review of the filings, the Court finds them to be without merit. The asserted errors do not undermine the fairness of the trial in this case and the movant' continued broad allegations of s conspiratorial conduct are insufficient to warrant further proceedings.
