Stuckey, as court appointed counsel for Jack Dowell's motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 filed a motion seeking access to sealed Criminal Justice Act forms and files that may be relevant to Jack Dowell's contentions in his pro se filings with examination to take place at the office of the Clerk of the Court under the supervision of a deputy clerk, good cause being shown, it is ORDERED that the motion is granted.
