Clerk's Notice of Post-Judgment Garnishment in the case of U.S. v. Oswald, 01-cr-00402-RPM, to be mailed by certified mail to the Garnishee, Rocky Mountain Interior Construction, Inc. The certified mail receipt was returned, and showed that the Garnishee received the package. (Ex. 2) 3. On March 13, 2008, I mailed the Application for Writ of Garnishment, Writ
