a Paralegal Specialist. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below. 2. On April 14, 2008, I caused the Writ of Continuing Garnishment and the

Clerk's Notice of Post-Judgment Garnishment in the case of U.S. v. Moosburger, 01-cr00300-WDM, to be mailed by certified mail to the Garnishee, Joe's Towing & Recovery. The certified mail receipt was returned, and showed that the Garnishee received the package on April 17, 2008. (Ex. 2) 3. On April 21, 2008, I mailed the Application for Writ of Garnishment, Writ of

Garnishment, and Clerk's Notice of Post-Judgment Garnishment to the judgment debtor by first class mail, at his last known address.
