This matter comes before the Court on the Motion of

Paul F. Hultin and Wheeler Trigg

Kennedy LLP to Withdraw Appearance for Joe Ieracitano and Blue Paper, Inc. The Court has
reviewed the motion, and finding good cause for the motion, hereby orders that Paul F. Hultin
and Wheeler Trigg Kennedy are permitted to withdraw their appearance for Joe Ieracitano and
Blue Paper. Inc. Paul Hultin is ordered to mail a copy of

this Order to Mr. Ieracitano and Blue

Paper, Inc.

Joe Ieracitano and Blue Paper, Inc. are advised by this Order that they responsible for
complying with all court orders and applicable rules of

this Court, that Blue Paper, Inc. cannot

appear without counsel admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and that absent prompt appearance of substitute counsel for Blue Paper,
