This matter comes before the Court pursuant to Plaintiffs'Amended Motion for Order to Show Cause (Docket #899) to Joseph F. Ieracitano, individually, and Blue Paper, Inc. as to why they should not be held in civil contempt for failure to comply with this Court' Order Approving Settlement Agreement, Entry of Order and Order Vacating s Preliminary Injunction as to the Ieracitano Defendants entered on January 14, 2003 (Docket # 440). The Court having examined the Motion and being fully advised in the premises, Plaintiffs'Motion is GRANTED. Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that Joseph F. Ieracitano, and Blue Paper, Inc. shall appear before this Court at the Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse,

901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado 80294 on April 11, 2007, at 10:00 AM in Courtroom A-802 to show cause, if any, why each should not be held in contempt for violation of this Court' Order Approving Settlement Agreement, Entry of Order and s Order Vacating Preliminary Injunction, entered on January 14, 2003 (Docket # 440), as described in Plaintiffs'Amended Motion for Order to Show Cause, their Supplement dated March 9, 2007 and Combined Reply dated March 29, 2007. At this same hearing, the Court will also hear argument on Plaintiffs'Motion to Reinstate Preliminary Injunction Against Joseph Ieracitano and Blue Paper, Inc. (Docket #901) and Motion to Modify Settlement Agreement (Docket #902). The Court anticipates ruling on these pending motions and whether the Ieracitano Defendants will be held in civil contempt at the conclusion of the April 11 hearing. Defendant Blue Paper, Inc. should be aware that a corporation may only appear in court through counsel. As a result, it cannot be represented by Mr. Ieracitano at the April 11 hearing.
